The Hard Facility Management & Energy Service Division deals with the maintenance and operation of plants and systems in buildings and small-scale building maintenance. The Division manages all services that ensure the proper operation of plants, systems and buildings, through maintenance work designed to guarantee optimal consumption and costs.
An information system can effectively monitor the processes to deliver and report services, plan activities, monitor services and coordinate operators, as well as file all documents. Ticketing functions enable users to request extra services, receive replies to urgent matters and report information.
L’Operosa S.p.A., certified according to UNI CEI 11352, is an ESCo (Energy Service Company), which means it can provide all technical, commercial and financial services necessary for energy efficiency measures. As an ESCo, it can use and coordinate an energy management system conforming to the European standard ISO 50001.
In compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 24/23, which recently came into force and the purpose of which is to promote transparency, responsibility and protect whistleblowers, i.e. the people who report unlawful activities or malpractices within a company, L’OPEROSA has set up an internal reporting channel, accessible to all employees, which allows them to report alleged breaches or unlawful conduct in the company, and which has been designed to protect the identity of the whistleblower and all people involved in the whistleblowing report, if certain circumstances occur. It is important to note that L’OPEROSA guarantees the confidentiality and protection of whistleblowers who decide to report alleged breaches, through measures that protect them from any direct or indirect retaliation, in compliance with the Decree.
